Acres of Diamonds: Great Success in Reaching Page of Our Own

By: Russell Conwell

Russell Conwell (1843 – 1925) wrote more than thirty books that inspires, but he always remembered for his lecture “Acres of Diamonds” which he brought at least six thousand times around the world. With the belief that the opportunity to acquire wealth is within the reach of almost everyone, Conwell explained that we should look around us, in our “page”.

Through lectures and printed in the book he asserts that we do not have far to find opportunities, success, or wealth because it is in place we are. Conwell develops this theme through the successful examples of ordinary people who want to dig their own abilities. “If you want to be big,” said Conwell, “You have to start from where you are with what you have now.” These words have inspired so many people to begin their journey to success.
